I’m Anna, I have an Advanced Diploma (Level 5) in Person-Centred counselling from Network. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what’s happening in your life. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low in self-worth, facing a big change, or living with depression, counselling can help bring clarity and support as you find your way forward.
My approach is humanistic and person-centred, meaning I focus on your unique experience and inner resources. When helpful, I draw on elements from other therapeutic models to best support your needs.
I have experience supporting people through a range of challenges, including:
- Relationship difficulties, divorce, or family conflict
- Anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression
- Life-limiting conditions or approaching the end of life
- Issues related to faith, spirituality, and identity
I have a particular interest in:
- Attachment styles and how they shape relationships
- Personality differences and emotional patterns
- Relationship dynamics and their impact on wellbeing
At the heart of my practice and my personal values is authenticity. I believe in reconnecting with your true self, being rooted in who you are, so you can rise with greater clarity, confidence and eventually… ease.
I’m a member of the BACP and the ACC.
