My Work With You

I work with women, men and young adults (18+) from many walks of life.

We’re all humans just trying to exist here.

In my practice I seek to enable my clients to move forward through facing issues including depression, bereavement, relationship pressures/problems, career, faith and self-image challenges.

Sessions last 50 minutes and they take place weekly. I offer short or long term counselling according to your individual needs, either in person, online or on the phone.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call so you can ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether I’m the right fit for you. If you prefer, I’m also happy to answer initial questions via email.

The first session will be more of an initial assessment so we can discuss what you want from counselling in terms of your goals. This time is also to discuss how we will work together, what counselling is and isn’t, and to get to know each other a little bit.
